Common questions
About the Pro purchase Pro is a one-time purchase billed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) — nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. If you reinstall or change devices, tap Restore purchases (on the paywall or at the bottom of the Account screen) with the same Apple ID or Google account. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Deleting your account and data You can permanently delete your account — including your children’s profiles and their progress — from within the app, or by emailing us. Deletion removes your data from our systems.
Switching languages and voices Tap the language pill on any flashcard and pick from English · Español · Français · Português · 日本語 · 한국어 · Русский to instantly switch the phrase and its audio, and toggle between the female and male native voice.
