Common questions
Is it really free? Yes — completely. Their First Numbers has no ads, no in-app purchases, and no subscriptions. There is nothing to unlock and nothing to buy. Every number and activity is included from the first launch.
Do I need an account? No. There is no account and no sign-in — just open the app and play. Everything your child does stays on your device.
The grown-ups area Settings live behind a gentle adult gate: press and hold the “Hold 2s for grown-ups” button for about two seconds. There you’ll find the language and sound toggles, Reset progress, and links to our website, the Privacy Policy, and Contact.
Switching day and night Tap the sun or moon in the top-left corner of the pond to switch the app between a calm day and night look — anytime.
Switching languages In the grown-ups area, tap Language to switch between English and Español (Latin American Spanish) — each with its own native voice.
Resetting or removing your data Because everything stays on your device, you’re in full control of it. You can erase your child’s progress any time with Reset progress in the grown-ups area, or by uninstalling the app. We keep no copy of it.
Playing offline The app works fully offline — every activity and voice is built in, so you can play with no wifi and no data (in the car, on a plane, at grandma’s).
