Common questions

Is the app completely free?

Yes. There are no ads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, trials, or locked letters.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no account or sign-in, and the app does not ask for a parent’s or child’s name.

Does the app save progress?

No. Children can return to the alphabet at any time and choose any letter. The app does not store scores, completion, or learning history.

How do I open the grown-ups area?

On the alphabet screen, press and hold Hold 2s to Learn More for about two seconds. That page contains only family information and external website links.

Why can’t I hear anything?

Check the device’s media volume and make sure audio is not being routed to headphones or another connected device. All letter, sound, word, and guidance audio is included with the app.

Does it work offline?

Core alphabet play works offline. Opening website, support, privacy, or app-store links requires an internet connection.
