Common questions
Is it really free? Yes — completely. Their First Puzzles has no ads, no in-app purchases, and no subscriptions. There is nothing to unlock and nothing to buy. All five worlds are included from the first launch.
Do I need an account? No. There is no account and no sign-in — just open the app and play. Everything your child does stays on your device.
The grown-ups area Settings live behind a gentle adult gate: press and hold the “Hold 2s for grown-ups” button for about two seconds. There you’ll find the sound toggle, Reset progress, and links to our website, the Privacy Policy, and Contact.
Resetting or removing your data Because everything stays on your device, you’re in full control of it. You can erase your child’s progress any time with Reset progress in the grown-ups area, or by uninstalling the app. We keep no copy of it.
Playing offline The app works fully offline — every world and sound is built in, so you can play with no wifi and no data (in the car, on a plane, at grandma’s).
